  1. How do I log into My Passion Media?
  2. How do I subscribe to a magazine?

1. Logging In

  1. Go to www.mypassionmedia.com/Login
  2. Fill in your account number (or email address associated with your account).
    You can find your account number on any of your My Passion Media statements.
  3. Fill in your password.
    - If you don't know your password but know the email associated with your account (and have access to it), you can use our forgot password function.

    - If you don't know the email associated with your account, please contact us and we'll reset it for you.
  4. Click the Login button.

2. Subscribing to a Magazine

  1. Got to www.mypassionmedia.com/Store
  2. Click on the magazine you'd like to subscribe to.
  3. Select the time period you would like to subscribe to (usually 1, 2 or 3 years).
  4. Select the number of copies per issue that you want to receive.
    For example, if you select a quantity of 3 for Explore, you will get 3 copies of every issue that is published.
  5. Click add to cart.
  6. If you have added everything you want to your cart, click Checkout Now, otherwise, go back to step 1 and add more items to your cart.
  7. Review your order and make any changes needed. Once you are satisfied, click Checkout.
  8. If you are not logged in, you be asked to enter your email and if you are a returning customer, otherwise skip this step.
    - If you are, enter the email address that is associated with your account and fill in your password.

    - If not, enter the email you would like to associate with your account and have your receipts sent to.
  9. Click Next Step.
  10. You will now be asked to fill out the shipping information for your order.
    1. If you have more than 1 item in your order, you will be asked if all items are going to the same address. 
      - Selecting yes will give you a single address selection and input  for the entire order.

      - Selecting no, will give you separate address selection and inputs for each item in your order.  If you have set a quantity of more than 1 on any item and want the issues sent to different addresses, select yes when asked if these items are going to separate addresses.  This will split the single item into multiple items that can each have their own shipping address.
    2. If the order/item is a gift, choose yes when asked if the order/item is a gift.  You will then be given a box where you can add in a short message to the recipient.
    3. Select or fill out the address you would like to send this order/item to. 
      - If you are logged in you will be able to choose from any addresses you currently have in your account.
    4. If items in your order are going to different addresses, click Next Order and this step will repeat until all items have been completed.
  11. Click Next Step.
  12. You will now be asked to fill out the billing information for your order.
    1. Select or fill out the address you would like to be the billing address for this order.  This is the address that will receive any renewal notices or other information about this order.
    2. Select or fill out a phone number where we can contact you about this order if it is necessary.
    3. Choose your method of payment and fill out the subsequent payment information.
      You will be able to review your full order on the next step before any payment is processed.
  13. Click Next Step.
  14. Review your order and if you are satisfied with everything, click Confirm Order.
  15. Your receipt will be emailed to you immediately after the order is completed.
